Thank you so much for the past two sessions. I've really felt a shift both subtle and meaningful. Each session gave me something different: the first helped me drop into my body and notice what was there, while the second felt like a deeper unfolding. I appreciated how gently and intuitively you held space, and how safe it felt to explore even the more uncomfortable layers. There's a sense of trust and presence in the way you work that makes it easier to let go. I'm grateful for this process and looking forward to continuing the journey.

It was a simply rewarding 3 months. Joana helped me a lot to understand my inner child and be more empathetic with people, realizing that we often take other people's insecurities personally. Joana is an extremely sweet, understanding, patient person, and what helped me the most was her total availability in the most difficult moments (live) because it is often in these moments that we need guidance the most.
